Our sixth UX Research night was in Pasadena (Sep, 2019) were the fine folks at ADP Innovation Lab graciously hosted for the second time. They really are the BEST.
We organized this event to support the growing community of researchers, designers, and PMs questioning the overlap between UX research and market research. This lead to some fascinating discussions in which we, analyzed the two methods side-by-side, looked at the human need as the differentiator, and found the “Ah-Hah!” moment when mapping out a user journey.
